Animal Angels is a voluntary organization working towards reducing the population of stray dogs in our area of Murcia by spaying and neutering adult campo dogs that are producing litters of pups on a regular basis, also by trying to re home where possible. We have loyal support from local people that donate many items that can be sold at Canadas del Romero Car Boot on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month, we have clothes, shoes, bric a brac also we have a book exchange where you can exchange the books you have already read for .50 cents or buy for 1 euro if you don't have any exchanges. The money we raise goes towards paying vet bills and medication for the dogs. We have many loyal helpers at the Car Boot, Karen, Chris, Jane, Judy, Sally, Margret & Dave most of who are also fosterer's for some of our dogs. If we spay 24 bitches each year, each of which could produce an average of 6 pups each, all of which could produce at least one litter each in there 1st year, we are preventing some 1152 puppies being produced each year!
